OUR TEAM
Brian Christifulli
Partner
Prior to founding Integral Partners, Brian spent 6 years as a Partner at Christifulli Companies. During his tenure at Christifulli Companies, Brian spearheaded acquisitions for new development projects and the lease up of those projects. In addition to acquisition and dispositions, he worked on the entitlement process for new developments across different asset classes. Additionally, he and the Christifulli team facilitated the purchase, sale, and lease transactions for several 3rd parties and outside clients.

Prior to Christifulli Companies, Brian spent over 10 years at the Macerich Company, a publicly traded REIT and S&P 500 company. During his tenure at Macerich, Brian managed the leasing and development of power centers, peripheral properties, future development projects and regional malls spanning across the entire country. Furthermore, Brian also served as the lead facilitator pertaining to ground up development projects on Macerich’s land holdings throughout the Southwest. He played an integral role as he redeveloped, re-tenanted and repurposed middle market regional malls, turning them into iconic properties in their respective markets. In addition to increasing value through strategic redevelopments, Brian transacted in over 15 states, and put his thumbprint on many high barriers to entry, urban infill projects in major gateway cities. Brian, in his capacity, was responsible for performing these functions on more than 50 regional sites that consisted of more than 40 million square feet, working closely with his key relationships and JV partners to facilitate his success.
Brian places immense value into forging his relationships on all platforms throughout the real estate industry and throughout his personal life. He prides himself on his work ethic and his passion for the industry. He is a graduate from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee, member of the Executive Council Charities (EC70), and has served and volunteered for several local charities.
David J. Brown Jr. (DJ)
Partner
Prior to co-founding Integral Partners DJ spent two years as Junior Director of Development at Christifulli Companies where he was actively involved in the acquisition, financing, leasing, and development of high quality properties throughout Arizona. After graduating from Texas Christian University DJ received his Masters degree in real estate development from the esteemed MRED program at ASU’s W.P. Carey School of Business.

DJ grew up in a real estate household where he learned the early lessons of the development business from his late father David J. Brown Sr. who founded Silicon Valley based Orchard Properties. His primary goal in life has been to be a developer himself and run his own firm to honor his father’s legacy.
Outside of the office DJ focuses his time on building genuine relationships with peers in the industry and in the community. Following his passion for helping the younger generation reach their full potential DJ partners with G-Road, a local charity organization focused on creating after school and summer programming for kids in Central Phoenix.
